Jean Paul Gaultier Fall 2012 Couture

I was trying to decide what were my favourites from Jean Paul Gaultier’s Fall 2012 Couture runway show and I ended up choosing most of the collection. I love the Parisian 1920’s flapper feel and his take on YSL’s classing le smoking. The structure and the dark elements make this collection so mysterious and captivating.

Maison Martin Margiela Couture Fall 2012

The ”Artisanal” collection for Fall 2012 Couture by Margiela is gorgeous. It was a mixture of vintage clothes, accessories, and other objects that were remade by hand into these garments. I love the patchwork, the beading and the beautiful masks. So avant-garde and possibly one of my favourites so far.

These are my favs from Versace Couture Fall 2012. I love the soft colours, flowing silhouettes and the femininity that these looks elude. The chiffon is so gorgeous and even through the photographs, the movement is very apparent. This collection is VERY Versace, with the bare skin and Medusa emblems.
